  5. Payroll is fully integrated with all modules of C/BOOKS. It uses the accrual
  6. basis of accounting with vouchers to handle an unlimited number of employees.
  7. The user may define pay periods such as: daily, weekly, semi-monthly, monthly,
  8. quarterly, and annually for each employee, as well as individual deductions. A
  9. history of transactions which is automatically corrected if a voucher is
  10. changed, is kept to determine cumulative figures. Computer and manual checks
  11. are accommodated. Reports include: print payroll checks, print W2 forms, bank
  12. check reconciliation, and preparation of the IRS 941 form.
